Week 3, Sept 12Student Question: What about this book amazed, interested or stood out from other books? This book amazed me ever since I started reading Action/fantasy books, i always liked reading them. I liked the idea of the characters being animals instead of humans.I also like the sub plots involving most of the characters/sub characters and how they come together during the end. This book revolves around adventure and character development and is a unique read.
What is the setting of your book (time and place)? How would the story change if you changed the setting. Give me at least one specific example. My book takes place in a in the wood, called "Mossflower" woods and is set in time where technology wasn't a thing yet. If i were to change the setting to be more modern, such as taking place where they were houses, weapons and a government, and since the main characters are in a war, they would be guns, bombs, planes, warships, etc, Week 1, Sept 1If your main character were deserted on a desert island, what 3 personal objects would they want with them and why?
If Martin (the main character) was on a deserted island, he would want- His dad's sword- Martin and his dad used to fight sea rats in order to defend their territory. Martin would also want his sword because it's the only thing he remembers from his dad. A sling- Martin had a friend called Gonff. Gonff always had a sling with him and had excellent accuracy with it. This is so Martin would remember him. A Sapling- After his dad died, Martin moved to a forest called Mossflower. Mossflower is where he spent almost his entire life there, and a sampling would remember where he used to live.
